Is it free to return an item?
Returns should be sent to the address provided on the return label. Shipping costs are covered by Luvorelle.

Processing takes 1-2 working days. It than takes 5-10 working days to be delivered. This means a total delivery time within 6-12 working days.

How long does a refund take?

You can track your return using the tracking information provided with your shipment. Once the refund has been issued, you’ll receive a confirmation, and it may take up to 3 days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
